Hand Held Battery Tester
STATIX provides equipment users and fleet managers with critical information to manage smart battery fleets. Its rugged exterior and maintenance-free application make it suitable for workshops and equipment stores.
STATIX connects directly to compatible smart batteries for rapid testing with little or no battery handling. Each test displays battery health, charge level and serial number. The tester records more than 30 fields of information to a concealed SD card, which can then be imported into STATIX Insight for fleet analysis and planning.
STATIX is offered in two published battery-test variants: the LI Series for LI-80, LI-145, LI-175 and LI-200 batteries, and the 2590 Series for 2590 smart batteries.

How do I test a battery?
Connect STATIX to the compatible battery port using the battery connector on the base of the device and keep it connected until the results are displayed. Removing STATIX from the battery switches the tester off.
What batteries can I test?
The 2590 Series STATIX tests all 2590 batteries. The LI Series STATIX tests LI-80, LI-145, LI-175 and LI-200 batteries.
What is Battery Health?
Battery Health compares the battery’s current capacity with its original design capacity when new. Some new batteries can display a Battery Health value greater than 100%.
What is battery capacity?
Battery capacity is the amount of energy that a battery can hold.
